Not for emergencies
This website and our messaging services are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use this site to request urgent or emergency care.
Medical information disclaimer
The content on this site is general information about chiropractic care and is not medical advice. It does not replace a professional evaluation. Using this website does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only after you complete intake, give informed consent, and receive a clinical evaluation in our office.
Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services on your own. A parent or legal guardian may authorize and arrange care for a minor.
Appointments, scheduling, and cancellations
A requested time is not confirmed until we confirm it with you. If you arrive late, your visit may be shortened so we can stay on schedule for other patients. A cancellation or no-show fee may apply; we will tell you the amount when you schedule so there are no surprises.
Payment and insurance
You are responsible for all charges for your care, including any copays, deductibles, and services your plan does not cover. If we verify your insurance benefits, that verification is not a guarantee of coverage or payment by your plan.
Refunds
Fees for services already provided are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Communications and text messages
When you give us your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you with appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and billing messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by telling us or by replying STOP to a text.
Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate and complete information, follow the care recommendations you agree to, and treat our team with respect. We may decline or discontinue service in cases of abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior.
Intellectual property
The text, images, logos, and other content on this site are owned by Limitless Chiropractic and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Limitless Chiropractic is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior three months or $100.
