Your symptoms are directly linked to your upper neck.
If you have been suffering with Trigeminal Neuralgia, chronic facial pain, or unusual neurological symptoms for months or years, and the doctors do not have an answer, the root cause is most likely a structural problem in your upper neck. Medical doctors look for pathology. We look at the structure that is altering how your body functions.

Medical doctors look for pathology. We look at the structure.
Trigeminal Neuralgia is often called the “suicide disease” because the pain is relentless and most care only manages it. If your scans keep coming back clean but the pain is still there, that is the clue. It is not a disease process, it is a structural problem in your upper cervical spine (C1 / Atlas) irritating the brainstem and the trigeminal nerve at its root.
If we can help resolve your symptoms, would you fly to Charlotte for a two-day intensive with Dr. Tim?
- Electric, stabbing facial pain
- Triggered by chewing, talking, or wind
- Medications that are losing their effect
- Unusual neurological symptoms no one can explain
- Already tried injections, MVD, or gamma knife
- Years of imaging that came back “normal”

The trigeminal nerve exits the brainstem millimeters from the C1 vertebra.
A two-step path, built for people who flew in to feel different.
Not everyone qualifies. That is why we start on the phone, and only invite you to Charlotte once Dr. Tim is confident the upper cervical work is the right fit for your case.
30-Minute Phone Consultation
A focused call with Dr. Tim’s team to review your full health history. Not everyone qualifies for the intensive, so this call protects your time and ours before any travel is booked.

- A comprehensive consult with Dr. Tim
- Upper cervical adjustments as needed to establish immediate relief
- Re-scan and re-test your spine 2–3 times before you leave

- A personal home protocol for the flight back
- A local-provider referral so follow-up care continues close to home
Unlimited imaging
CT scans and re-scans across both days.
Neuro & balance testing
Repeated 2–3× to track real change.
