Chiropractic wellness care is regular, preventive care that keeps your spine aligned and your nervous system working well after the pain is gone, or before it starts. At Limitless Chiropractic in Ballantyne, it is how most of our families stay with us long term, from toddlers to grandparents.
Think of it the way you think of a dental check-up. You do not wait for a tooth to hurt before you see the dentist. Your spine carries load every day, from the car seat to the laptop to the soccer field, and small shifts are easier to correct before they turn into a problem you can feel.
Wellness visits are guided by the same measurements as the rest of our care. We re-check your thermography and alignment over time, so the schedule we suggest is based on how well your body holds its corrections, not a one-size calendar.
What wellness care looks like here
- A quick check of how your spine and nervous system are doing, with thermography re-scans over time
- A gentle adjustment or upper cervical correction when something has shifted, and nothing when it has not
- Posture check-ins for desk workers, students, and growing kids
- A visit schedule that spaces out as your body holds its alignment longer
Wellness care for the whole family
Families can come in together. Dr. Amanda sees newborns, kids, and moms through pregnancy and postpartum. Dr. Tim focuses on upper cervical care, athletes, and structural work. Read more about family chiropractic at Limitless.
For active families, wellness visits overlap with our sports medicine and sports chiropractic care, keeping athletes moving well between seasons instead of only after an injury.
How often should you come in?
There is no fixed answer, and we will not pretend there is. Some people hold their alignment for weeks, others need more frequent visits during a demanding season of work, training, or pregnancy. We base the schedule on your re-checks and adjust it as you go.
Wellness care is always your choice. If you only want to come in when something hurts, that is fine, and we will tell you honestly what we see.
