⁣⁣📚 A study by Lauren Roth (Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care as a Complementary Strategy for Depression and Anxiety⁣⁣

⁣⁣📕 In this study they followed the results of upper cervical care for 6 patients over the course of 12 weeks of Upper Cervical Chiropractic adjustments. Each patient had been suffering from mild to moderate anxiety, based on the results of the GAD-7 (general anxiety disorder 7) scale (0-21). They also used a PHQ-9 (patient history questionnaire) score (0-27) to assess the effects of health on day-to-day living. All patients were also suffering from a Subluxation. ⁣⁣

⁣⁣✅ 5 of the 6 candidates completed the 12 weeks of care, with ALL 5 seeing improvements in scores on both the GAD-7 and PHQ-9. 4 of the 5 who completed the 12 weeks of care were satisfied with the results of the Upper Cervical care and said they would recommend Upper Cervical Chiropractic to people suffering from anxiety. They also noted less muscle tension, more mental clarity, and a greater amount of energy. ⁣⁣
