A graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Recreational Therapy, Becky has always been wired to help people move better, feel better, and live stronger.

Health is not just her job. It has been her lifestyle for decades.
While raising her three incredible children, now 22, 20, and 18, Becky spent 16 years teaching group exercise. That is where she discovered her love for inspiring others to push past limits, build confidence, and take ownership of their health. If you have ever been in one of her classes, you know she does not just lead workouts. She builds momentum.

With two of her kids now in college, Becky stepped into the chiropractic world and has spent the last two years helping families pursue optimal health from the inside out. She is passionate about supporting patients on their journey and believes everyone has more potential in them than they realize.

At Limitless Chiropractic, Becky brings enthusiasm, warmth, and a natural ability to connect. She thrives on creating a welcoming environment where patients feel seen, encouraged, and empowered.

Outside the office, Becky loves spending time with family and friends. She is outgoing, social, and happiest when there is music playing and people moving.
